Gametonic has better service and the games may cost couple hundred more but the games from CEX crashes more times. Gametonic gives more quality time to its customers.

I'm a collector so I look at the minor quality details when I buy stuff. Some of the cover art they sell is like printed from the internet which highly reduces resale value. Moreover recently when I visited they are selling around Cex voucher prices and the CDs work every time. The customer service at Gametonic is way better than what is at CEX. I've personally seen them explain stuff to customers even for hours on hand. When u sell at CEX, even if there's a scratch on the label back of ur controller, they won't take it. If u just don't know stuff don't give wrong opinions or ideas to people.
