Love this video -- great topic point -- for our company, we created little "moments of achievement" after major user milestones I.e. account confirmed, first X action completed, etc. and found a significant improvement in long-term customer retention this way.

May I ask if there is a tool usable to rewards users for performing daily tasks on different social media (sharing/following/ and such) with credits/points in order to redeem/spend them on our websites in the form of credits (instead of paying for the website’s services). To the extend of my knowledge It’s pretty common on platform such as discord but I can’t find an equivalent tool for any other social media or website. Thanks :)
