I think it is more about the distance. If you sit near the TV, then 48'' is good enough. In such case, a large tv is actually bad. Then, if the distance to your tv is higher, you can compensate it with a larger tv. In my case, 55'' is the right spot for the distance between my tv and my sofa

I have a 48in TCL 4k HDR tv for my ps5 and I don’t understand why anyone would want or need a fucking 76 inch tv, maybe if you like to sit halfway across the room from your TV but if you sit close to the tv then 48 is absolutely perfect. Honestly a high resolution 144hz 27-32in curved gaming monitor with a desk set-up is the best way to play hardcore

When I went visit my uncle in Canada. He has a 80+ inch TV 4K it might be 8 can’t remember so I set up my Minecraft on my phone on the TV downloaded some ultra realistic graphics. Gotta say what an amazing TV.

I mean technically speaking though there’s a reason competitive gamers play on 24-32 inch monitors instead. I’m sure if you try hard enough you can be good at a competitive game on a huge tv but your putting yourself at a pretty big disadvantage for no reason

Its not that bad. Plus the people that buy these huge TV’s are just playing single player story games where it doesn’t matter. Anyone who’s actually trying to be decent at a multiplayer game knows to get a monitor instead
@@SimonWoodburyForgetPS5 does 4k at 60 fps and 120 fps can be 1080p-1440p so it’s nice to have a TV that can take advantage of the PS5’s capabilities, both the 120hz and the 4k, just never at the same time
Yeah I don’t get it either. The only reason anyone should ever feel like they need a 70in tv to game on is if they sit across the fucking room from there TV, like dude just sit close to your tv and even 48in screen feels huge

Also 4K just like mine but I guess more expensive TV’s just naturally display at a better-looking resolution? I don’t get it but I just know I hop on that shit anytime they’re out lmao
