You're misremembering, Giacomo. I told you before that they're this good. This band was formed by Kai Hansen, of Helloween, after he left. The original singer wasn't him, but Ralf Scheepers, who would go on to found Primal Fear. This is a song from the the first album with Kai on vocals. They're still around, but not as active as before because of Kai's return to Helloween. There are a lot of collaborations of Michael Kiske with them and of members of this band with Kiske's Unisonic. Something in a similar vein and quality but much more recent is Battle Beast's Master of Illusion. Use the official music video, it clarifies the lyrics more than a lyric video would.
