Om Gam Ganapataye Namaha Ganapati is said to reside in the lowest of the chakras , Mooladhara, from where kundalini energy moves up leading to spiritual growth. Hence Ganapati is worshipped before starting any spiritual activities. Chanting Om Gam Ganapataye Namaha 108 times in the morning is a great way to start the day on a positive note with His blessings. We can also chant this during Chaturthi Tithi which occurs twice every month as the tithi is lorded by Shri Ganesh. His worship gives relief from problems related to Ketu. The Beeja of His called "Gam" is very powerful and has been elaborated upon in the Ganapati Atharva Shirsha which is one of the 108 upanishads. Thanks.
Wonderful chanting, with some paatha bhedam from how I learned it.. but this is one vedic hymns that transcends minor differences in chanting. Thanks for sharing.
I think this is the best audio of artharvashirsha of youtube! I searched a lot but I couldnt find such a quality that has a rigid chorus voice. It is a sound of preaching and learning.
dear sir, thanks for uploading this . I find in some places the pronunciation does not match with the words in the lyric given to us AND ALSO THE SWARAS . If possible please try to correct it . E R GOPINARAYANAN
great effort, but it can be improved even more. I am not a 100% expert, but the svaram of whats chanted doesnt match the svaram presented in the visuals. Either the printed matter, or the chanting is incorrect.
