Hahaha same here, I've been singing this since more than a year thinking it was a warrior song, then the guy is like: I am melting like butter lol 😆 😅. Still epic song and will pretend not reading the lyrics.
Bro we are one nation☝🏻As I know, some Laz people think, that they are only Laz, but Laz is the same as Georgian🇬🇪we have same blood❤️❤️❤️we love our Laz people❤️🩹❤️
The water carried a sliver From the poplar tree Stop, sliver, tell me Brought from my beloved Girl, laughing girl Come down here to the shore Let me drink water from a jug Feed me with kisses This spring that comes from above, Shimmers orange Girl, you are even more beautiful - It's breathtaking. There is a mountain range above the hut I'm melting in my mill, After all, how beautiful I will see Like melted butter, I will melt.
Im greek and honestly about the language not really. Maybe it's the "os" at the end in some words but that's about it. As for the music it sounds similar to corsican and spanish music rather than greek
@@StudioMargalima There is, but I'll say it's quite limited, there were interactions with the greek colonists of Pontus and the native colchian people of the same region but I dont think colchians had many things to share. Pontic greeks were isolated from the greek world so it doesnt really count and their influence mostly came from lazes and turks, and yes laz are a kartvelian people (as georgians are) but their culture is different from this type of georgian music because they live outside from Georgia (and the only kartvelians to be mostly outside Georgia) and have been influenced from the turks. But if we include pontic greeks there are many similarities with the lazes and the georgians from the regions close to the turkish border. The clothes, music, and the dances for example. But none of them have this type of music like in this video as far as I know.

What? Majority of Georgians I meet are super proud of being Georgian. They do tend to take the European thing a bit too far yeah but that’s not for lack of pride in being Georgian
@@AntiUkrainianssee thing is they’re in a spot where they feel they deserve to be EU members and where they’re trying to get away from Russia as far as possible. Some online overcompensate but I assure you most Georgians don’t hate Armenians and support them against Azerbaijan
@@uncletheoneshotkid3001 they based their whole identity on hating anyone who doesn’t hate Russian enough and laughs at anyone who gets genocide by anyone but Russia
