Gang Beasts - Flying with hat + CONTROLS 

Hats used to be reeaally light. In early versions of GB lifting the wrong hat launched you into the air, kind of like the fez flying glitch.

They really glued it on there in later updates

@@bibVFX if you get a feeling for it it becomes easier! You really need to give your head a swing with a little rotation movement and use charged headbutts.

This is an older version of GB, can’t fly like this anymore 😔

Crixus Murmillo this was before physics updates. Look up the fez flying glitch, it requires only a moustache like in this video and a fez. Basically put it on the floor string up, grab it without bending down, and lift it, it is awesome. Your hands shouldn’t actually touch the fez, if they do, release the hand touching it and re grab. It should sort of float... Thinking of making a video of this as well 😁

Hats were very light in early versions. This was changed.

@@fadeeLoll I suppose you would have to translate to keyboard what is happening here. I do not use keyboard, but… A -> jump B -> duck/headbutt X -> kick Y -> lift. Bumpers are the hands. But I strongly recommend using a controller 😅

Most hats will work, but this is from an older update where you could go higher flying with hats

I am sorry I use controller on pc and I’ve never done keyboard before. Also note since a few updates you will not go this high… I might try to make a similar keyboard video!

Yes, GB changes a lot every update. Right now flying with Fez is much better than this!

Yeah in this update it’s really glued on there but you can still get it off… you won’t fly as high either :(

It’s pretty much the same, but it no longer works as well as it did here. Can’t fly that high anymore with normal hats.

Yes it no longer works this well… pirate hat is still ok for flying but it’s not the same :(
