Keith Optimo I agree with much of what you are saying, but it is no excuse. Because of the plight black Americans have experienced, does that mean things will never change. There is no excuse for this behaviour. What about other African Americans that are not behaving this way? That lead productive lives and raise their families well and contribute to society and their communities . No excuse
