I dont know why people in India liking this kind of buses, Firstly Chassis companies (TATA, LAyLand etc) should have stop making single axle chassis. This type of chassis are not having good suspension and axle. Better indian comapanies should also provide good chassis like volvo, scania etc (with multi axle atleast for sleeper buses.) and also operators are just investing in VEEBA for almost same body, interiors at India level. Main focus should be on comfort not interiors and exteriors.
