Embutido, is a Philippine meatloaf made with ground pork and mixed with various ingredients. It is traditionally wrapped in aluminum foil and steamed, though it can also be baked. It is usually serve during special occasions such as fiestas and birthdays.

3.00 g Phosphate
62.50 g Potable water (to dissolve phosphate)

125.00 g Cheese, grated( eden cheese)
60.00 g Sugar (refined)
32.00 g Pickle relish
30.00 g Raisin, chopped
28.00 g Bread crumbs or all purpose flour
24.00 g Vienna sausage, chopped
16.00 g Carrots, grated
15.00 g Skimmed milk
11.40 g Onion, chopped finely
1 pc Chorizo de bilbao, chopped coarsely
2.50 g Black pepper, ground
2.00 g Monosodium glutamate (MSG)
2 pc Chicken egg, hard cooked (optional)
2 pc Chicken egg, fresh
Oil (for spreading in aluminum foil)
