U can have dry fruits and oat meal in breakfast it will keep u full for a longer time and it’s healthy and energetic too good for ur health

Take sprouts, soaked almonds, walnut. Will keep you full for sometime. Also if you digest milk then take cornflakes with milk.

U should soak almond and walnuts every night and can eat next day morning before your proper breakfast. You also can add on a fruit with it. Healthy and good morning start. Green moong is also very good, you soak every morning and drain water in late evening, morning you get sprouted Moong. You can boil with little salt and eat that too with dry fruits.

Padmini please have 2 Dates/khajoor 5Almonds(raat ko bhigo kar sabere remove the chilka) 5 cashews/kaju 5raisens /kishmish Thode din k liye keep some for making lunch or dinner ya roti bhaji Kendra ka dabba facility near by u please use that servise ..cleaning can be done by amu as he is doing so u can take full rest and proper rest and get well soon....dabba servise will provide proper fulfilling good food that will be much cheaper and healthier then we order food once or twice thrice in month...I have used this service when I was unwell or had busy heactic schedule...
