Right- I sure wish I hadda did more research BEFORE purchasing this PD1560. No luck with getting tech support. It's definitely a huge part of purchasing this sort of equipment. I am very disappointed that I purchased this. I cannot believe the difficulty in trying to get it to work and the FACT that there is no support is the absolute worse.
Are you sure you installed the correct specific driver for your type of pc? If you have, then make sure the hdmi adapter is connected to the tablet and not the monitor. The monitor should be connected directly to the tower and not via adapter. Hope this helps!
@@AMG_21921 I’m going to be using this for my animation, 3-D animation in blender because I looked at behind the scenes on Pixar and Disney and they were using these type of tablets to do animation
your gaomon supposed to be connected to the gpu hdmi port while your gaming monitor connected to your display port you can use hdmi to display port adaptor then connect dport to gpu ,, gaomon supposed to be your main monitor set it up
