If gap is generated at support or resistance level, the probability of its getting filled in future is high. It mostly happens as trade session boundaries of algorithmic trading are set at support and resistance levels.

Jay Shri Ram .... Impressive explanation sir ji......concept fully understood...thank you. But sir ji my experience is Gap gets filled in case of Banknifty or Nifty. If Banknifty opnes Gap up then I have observed that 80-90% time BN or Nifty index try to fill the gap by end of the day. I may be wrong but thats what I observed. Your further comment on this should help us.
