In lethality adc metas, Ornn is king. 10% resist multiplier is no joke, especially since everyone has gotten used to people no longer having like 10 armor or Mr from runes…except for tanks going conditioning/unflinching. FeelsGoodMan

Can someone please explain component maxing to me i dont get it Like does Ornn just not have poverspikes on his items?

Basically, the components are super strong. Usually, for most items, the components are more efficent the more expensive they are. For example, a Long Sword is less effecient than a BF Sword in terms of how much AD you get per point of gold. This extends to full items, as they usually have extremely efficient stats and also have stronger unique passives. However, tank components are currently extremely strong. It’s not that full items are weak, but that certain components like Bami’s Cinder and Warden’s Mail have great stats and super strong passives compared to other classes components like Recurve Bow and Steel Sigil. Of course, other classes still have some strong components, such as Hexdrinker for AD champs when fighting heavy magic damage, Seeker’s Armgaurd for mages into strong physical damage, Verdent Barrier for mages into magic damage that also need a spellshield, Serated Dirk for AD assassins, and Hextech Alternator for AP assassins. However, tanks have access to many more strong components than any other class in the game currently.
