Welcome Back! This is Matt and I love turning trash into CASH. It is Nacho Stuff but that doesnt mean someones trash can't equal cash. You see, many people have abandoned all kinds of random treasures and toss them into the trash. We take these lost valuables and figure out a way to make a buck from them. Sometimes it through resell, other times we might just scrap it. Either way, we are turning free stuff into cash. I prefer the curbside scene but occasionally find myself in a dumpster or two. Join me as I try to turn nothing into something.
I mostly consider myself a scrapper or repurposer of things that people have decided to discard. Some call it picking while others consider it a true treasure hunt. But at the end of the day, like most scrappers, I am trying to reduce our waste while lining my pockets a little in the process. Each piece of scrap metal, item of curbside treasure or piece of dumpster loot means one less piece going into our landfills and that makes me happy. On Wednesday 10th July England and Netherlands played in the semi-finals world cup football & England won 2-1 England in the final. Some people will have a hangover today 11th July. It's been awhile since England got to the final

I dont start that early - normally it is shortly after 8 or so when school is in. IN the summer I try to go earlier but old habits are hard to break

Now I don't want to piss you off, but why didn't you put everything back on trampoline tarp after pulling poles out? You left the hose on grass, they had it all nice & neat on tarp piece, just wondering, I know if homeowner was there you would have tidied up.

I felt is was left similar to the way it was found - not sure I would have done anything different with the home owner there. You have to remember - the garbage guys are behind me shortly so it will all go anyways

She did look kind of like a nun in that gear. But we do have a ton of female people on the crews down here, They normally are the edgers and the weed wackers. Normally the guys hog the mowers since they can ride or drive and they let the ladies do the hard work. I think this crew is a family - husband, wife and son. He lets her ride since he knows where his bread is buttered.

Why is it that people just can't bring tires in pile that just have metal rims?? I mean you have people that haul vehicles in & they have tires with rims, what makes it different that a person couldn't just bring in tires with rims? That's a question for you?

Agreed but those are the rules. No tires. There are tons of tires at the yard but we cant bring them. At least we have the TVs and the vacuums

Thanks about the 411 on NY. Talked to mom and she barely got rain - weird since it seemed like it was going right over them. The tornado was pretty far west of her though.
