Garden Diary. The cuttings are growing nicely and the Moringa Tree as well. Watch till the end and meet a very communicative dragonfly.
Some years ago I bought some moringa seeds on a trade fair in Berlin from an African Farmer. He didn't think that they will grow in our climate. We used to be hardiness zone 7b now we're 8a

That's what 'North Carolina Botanical Garden' wrote on the 6th of March 2024) Zone 8a is still not warm enough for moringa trees to grow outside that's why I grow them in a container and they go inside in winter. The room is not heated but with a little window. Sometimes the temperatures go down to -2C / 28,4 F or even cooler. The tree looses all the leaves but comes back in spring when it's getting warmer.
