Hey, good morning, Jodi! Your 4th hanging pot (closest to the windows) with the orange blooming begonia and lamium would overwinter as a house plant if you wanted to fool with it. (I don’t think the white blooming impatien will make it as a house plant but maybe?). I cut my lamium back about a third and leave it in the pot outside in a sheltered area and it has come back for about 7 years now. You could then add some plants you seed in the spring to it and hang it back outside. Last winter I brought two geraniums in as houseplants (instead of upside down in a bag like you’re supposed to do) just to see and they did terrifically. They are still blooming their heads off outside right now in October. I’m in Ky zone 6B. Loving talking plants with you!

I am having a minor procedure today that will make me have to sit, so I paused the video four minutes in and I decided it’s going to be my treat for relaxing on the couch! A fall project that I am working on is 100 miniature paintings; I asked people to give me 100 prompts, and now I am going to start drawing them , inking them, and painting them. I am also working on clearing the blackberry invasion in my yard. They are invasive plants here in northwest Washington.

Hi Jodi! I love sedums. I have a few different ones and I believe I have the Lemon Ball in a container by my mailbox. They are so beautiful all year round ( I’m in Indiana ). I was so excited to see a little purple bloom a week ago. I think yours will look beautiful where you planted them. Happiest Gardening 😊

I pick my favorite tomatoe plaint and put one in big and when there eat ready I enjoy them all.

Hi Jodie , my operation was rescheduled so pottered about. Cut back my rose bushes for winter and my better half did a Final Cut on the grass. Raining a lot in the uk this week. We are away for a long weekend from Thursday so looking forward to sun in Spain and relaxing x

Hi, Jodi! The garden looks so good! Love the colors! Well, my grey squirrel lost some fur from climbing on my porch rails. They climb up and must have caught part of her tail because I found the fur on the porch rail. But she’s ok. She was waiting for me this morning. The black squirrel is very skiddish but looks for me to hand out the peanuts. Every once in awhile the red squirrel will show up too. Bought my winter bag of peanuts because I am going to need them. Cutie is adorable! Hugs to all! 🍁💜👍🥰

I bought quite a few annuals this year that I have never planted in my yard previously and so many were eaten nearly right away! Then I bought pansies about two weeks ago and they are eaten up! Clearly I need to spray or avoid buying those varieties in the first place. Begonias, impatiens and vinca have worked well for me this year. Yep, my aster I bought last fall was eaten by rabbits. It's definitely tough to get it right!

Good evening, Jodi. The colors in your garden are beautiful. Yes, it is getting colder here too in New York State. The 40s during the night and 65-70 during the day. The geese are in formation here so they are soon to be heading south but I was wondering if the hurricane damage will confuse them? Some areas are nothing but dirt, clay, sand. Nothing else at all. :( sending prayers out to them all. We are in the process of starting to wrap things up at camp.another season gone so quickly. We revamped our fire pit and it looks so professional. We finished the stain and sealing. The railings came out awesome, but the deck needs another coat. We will do that in the spring. It turned into a light chocolate brown. Lol my camper is the diamond in the rough. She's looking so pretty. Next year I am painting her. I have a spray gun so it will be quick and easy, I hope, :). Then I will be working on making my garden more colorful like yours. Keep up the good work. Your my inspiration. Chow!!

That last house plant definitely needs a MUCH bigger pot…along with the pothos. I think you will be really happy with the larger plant!👍🏼🪴

Hi 👋 Jodi. Spent most of today with my Mom. 😊 So just getting to your video now. 😆 Chilly. Yes, last night was 53*f and we are to get in the 40s the next 3 nights. Yes. Let the sunflowers grow! Im with you on that. Yes, the adter is probably either bird poop or squirrel dropped out of pouch when startled. 😆 Beautiful flowers. Your yard looks great!!! Brown means they were getting ready to set & drop the seeds! Yay! I think the workman was right- you do have a lot of curb appeal! Jodi, I think that last plant should be divided in half and put one half in the pot you just took it out of and the other half in the new pot. They remind me of other rhizome plants that need extra room to grow. Thanks for sharing, today.

Kind of new here! I found you through Remi Clog a couple of weeks ago, and went back to the start. I've spent the last few weeks binge watching your videos while doing small declutters around my home. I love your garden and can't wait to see if all your spring bulbs multiplied. Your shade garden gives me hope that I can get some nice colourful flowers in my front garden when we eventually remove the bricks, concrete and other mess dumped in there 😩 I am at the very beginning of my declutter journey, and can only hope to see as much improvement as you did 😁

It comes and goes in northern Indiana, but getting down to 42 at least a few days every few weeks. We brought the citrus tree in a few weeks ago. Trying to wait to bring in the geraniums.

My z plant lives in a moist master bath, south filtered sun window. Near 30 in. Tall. When I get a sprout it grows soooo fast. Wish I could share a pic with you

I'm currently sick... It was about 40 degrees Fahrenheit last night and I slept uncovered with my window wide open (I sleep under my window) and my fan on.... and I was still warm... worst 12 hours of my life!!! Otherwise Im getting my Halloween tattoo at the end of this month and im so excited also, IT'S BIG BOOTY SPIDER SEASON!!!
