It's a shame he never got the recognition for his efforts during his lifetime. Terence Hardiman went on to play another monk - in Cadfael, starring Derek Jacobi. Both superb actors.

THANK YOU for providing this film!! 30-ish years ago I was able to show this on VHS which is long degraded and this film is no longer available. I've been looking for a replacement, but have been unsuccessful. This film is excellent to show in its entirety, or a little at a time as I introduce new concepts to my students. Again, THANK YOU!!

Thank you for posting this. Are the original two videos available? It seems this one is missing a few scenes from the original.

It's possible that the rods in front of the sheep created a strong suggestion in the sheep's mind between the appearance of stripes and gratification. Then, when seeing similar qualities in each other, this thought expressed itself sexually. Farmers have performed a lot of weird practices over the years to get their sheep to breed certain traits, and while a lot of these experiments are successful, they have no obvious scientific explanation. It doesn't mean we should dismiss them as false.
