Best advice ever. If your in a job you hate then get out of it. I'm a roofer, I'm exactly the same as you, I love my job. That feeling of standing back and looking at what you've created is so satisfying 👍
18:46 listen here changy lad, I've been watching your videos for a while now, ended up with a itch to build a garden wall, 3 foot in height with two five foot pillars, 9 foot wide. Laid the bricks on side. Spend two days on it so far, every muscle and joint in my body is aching, my shoulders are burning and my hands feel like grips ..... I've only gone up 3 rows so far,,, Cheers 😢
Loving the video editing skills, intros and slow-mo in reverse. But why am I watching these videos at 7.40 am on a Sunday 😅😂🤣 . Keep it up mate, channel will explode
@@Changy_C nice. I'm adding another level on to my bungalow. Thinking of using celcon standard aerated on both leaves 3.6 N . More expensive but lighter on arms, I'm doing it myself You think they ok , better than dense conc for job.
Yes mate. I have drawings for retaining walls I kept from a few years ago. 9 inch only retains 600mm. They show 440mm for 5 courses then 327mm for 3 courses then 9 inch, weep holes and back filled with gravel.
No drainage through the wall? I’d dig the back out and get some gravel and pipe through the wall. Won’t last a year otherwise especially only being 9 inch.
Don't tell me that young lad was just standing around watching, Never thought about making himself 50 quid for knocking a bit muck up and bumping some blocks out
Hey changy. Hoping i could ask a few questions as you seem to know what your doing and i have no clue!!! Hoping to send you a few garden pics to explain what i need to do and understand full requirements, if you don't mind 🫡🫡🫡
