I am in Zone 4b in Wisconsin. My mom has been growing gardens for a long, long time up north (70 miles south of Superior, Wisconsin). Nibbled ends of plants, squash, green beans and peppers = deer up north.
I have a 6-foot fence around my garden, but deer can jump over it. We’ll see what they do as the season gets closer to the end and deer start moving around.
