Thank-you. If you every are in the panhandle of Florida stop at the West Florida Railroad Museum in Milton, FL. The garden railroad is behind the HO display building. Bring a train and run it on the club layout. Fridays & Saturdays 10 am - 3 pm.
Wow!!! I'm impressed. This is nothing short of a labor of love. Very nice layout and the different engines are very cool. I especially like the handcar. I also caught a glimpse of a real life size caboose. You have done a great job. Thanks for sharing.
The Emerald Coast Garden Railway Club has had a lot of engineering talent over the years, electrical, mechanical, civil, hydraulic. Also, gardeners, carpenters, plumbers, welders, etc. The operating rolling stock varies with which members show up on a given day and what each member carries in from collections at their homes. Sometimes visitors show-up with trains. The layout is adjacent to the West Florida Railroad Museum, wfrm.org There are 2 cabooses at the museum, an L&N diner car and a historical maintained depot and freight room, a gift shop, and an indoor, airconditioned HO display. No entrance fee, but donations are welcome.
