Even early mornings are hot and humid. We kind of work our way into the day with an early start. The heat isn't so bad if you get an early start. We can't get everything done in the cool of the morning, so some chores have to be done under the heat of the sun. Lots of sweating can be good for detoxifing the system somewhat. You just have to know when to take breaks and listen to the messages your body is sending you, of course a little common sense goes a long way.
