I do love Adam's easy manner, he's obviously a very nice bloke - as a presenter he's adorable...thanks again for another marvellous show...and season's best...and thank you for posting...delighted each week by your generosity....best to you too.
He did the prior one and the next one. He's slowly easing back, likely retiring in the not too distant future. He's earned it but it won't be the same without Monty and his dogs. I still miss Nigel and Nellie.
Brilliant array of snippets! I didn’t know there was a Rosa Mary Berry ! Definitely would like a pair or those bushes. Would have been disappointed if there wasn’t a cake with tea. Great lady Mary Berry
For #1 on my bucket list I want to travel to Britain and meet monty,Carol, and I can't think of the other ..anyway I want to either go to the RHS FESTIVAL and see some of the fabulous estates and exceptional gardens
Thank you for uploading. I really enjoyed this episode so much. I am grateful for you sharing these uploads with the gardening community. All gardeners seem to be the same, after hard graft, we just want to sit back and enjoy some tea and a treat!❤😊❤ Happy Gardening from South Africa.
I have Chandos Beauty because Nick suggested it in a previous episode of GW. It's perfume really is divine. So glad I can follow GW from over here too. I learn something useful every time.
I would like to see Adam take over the show tbh. Maybe with an assistant. Monty is great and entertaining, but I would prefer to see a little more professionalism and foresight on the gardening side. I don't like to say it because he is a very nice man.
Whaat lovely show. I wish America could produce something as easy, happy and genuine. But no Capitalism must produce kardashian butts and boobs for the grist mill.
I've watched many of these episodes and there appears to be a thing where the British like overgrown messy gardens. I certainly don't get inspired by the show!
This show has unfortunately become so sanctimonious and judgmental. It used to be just about enjoying your garden. Now it’s about how awful we are for buying the wrong compost or burning up the planet because we bought some cut flowers
It’s just end-of-civilisation absurdity. I’m just grateful for some pretty gardens to view. All the carbon posturing is anti-human and therefore probably required to keep their funding.
I agree. In addition, gardens within cities or rooftop gardens and community gardens have been in and among NYC for decades. The High Line was only mentioned once on this show. Nevertheless, I agree with the “right plant right spot” philosophy and making adjustments to what we plant so we adjust to change (and not think for one second we can change a climate)
