Months ago, Monroe Intelligent Suspension embarked on a new sponsorship adventure with G Autosport and Gardner Nichols, and on June 25th, the culmination of the preparation and anticipation unfolded at the Pikes Peak International Hill Climb. The qualifying race took place on Friday 23rd. The team had beautiful conditions all morning with a clean and dry road surface, and hardly a cloud in the sky. Gardner was able to set a decent time in the first run, which put the team mid-pack in the exhibition class, going the 49th car to take the green flag on race day, not bad for a full production spec truck!
