PD is actually P decent on garen but w/ the double zeals I think you end up losing like only 3 or 4 hundred gold per zeal you sell, and the stats you get from them are pretty amazing. If you really wanna troll you can go rapidfire with the 2nd zeal and you get a slightly longer dash on your Q :)
