They call it a "loss of turn" shot. It's international rules that as far as I can tell only ultimate pool seems to use.

@@nakkadu it’s called follow through… transfer of power… many many high calibre players do it…. Chris Melling, Tom Cousins and many American players as well…Obviously they don’t do it just for show
