It is too much cost. Because out of 60 years building ages already 15 years have gone. So this building costs too much. All bathroom fittings to be changed. And there is a lot of work to be done. So costs are very high.
আপনি যদি গড়িয়া মহামায়াতলা কে দঃ কলকাতার অভিজাত এলাকা বলেন, তাহোলে আমরা যাঁরা বালীগঞ্জ প্লেস / গড়িয়াহাট/ টালীগঞ্জ/ বালীগঞ্জ ফাঁড়ি তে বসবাস করি, এটাকে গড়িয়া মহামায়াতলার সঙ্গে তুলনা করবেন????

Around 25 quesrs pqast so there's depreciation.. About 1164 sq. Ft which is super built up area- 25percent to be deducted as per new law. Plus new painting+ renovation. I am ready to pay 35 lacs per bank loan. Please reply
