Chilli Flakes ½tsp
Salt as taste
Oil ⅓cup
Butter 30g
Chicken broth ½cup
Italian seasoning ½tsp
Garlic 3 cloves

A teaspoon of fresh lemon juice added to the broth before the chicken makes the dish a lot fresher tasting and cuts through the richness of the butter.

I added lemon after adding the chicken broth as suggested in one of the comments. It tasted great! My daughters liked it. Will definitely cook this again.

As a new mom, I’m always looking for quick recipes. Usually the ones that I find on here actually taste simple tho. This was so simple and CHEAP to make yet sooo good 😩 I seasoned with my usuals & served it over rice. My husband threw his head back after his first bite lol. Thank you!

Freeze the chicken a few minutes can assist in cutting cubes easier. When all pieces are the same sizes aids in cooking time as well. Loving your recipe. Thank you for sharing. Peace

It's awesome with some veggies in a stir fry. The only thing I do differently is use corn starch instead of flour. Makes the meat super tender.

I followed this to a tee with the exception of adding the lemon juice! However, mine came out really light colored and saucy… why? I would make it again with a little less pepper and less pepper flakes. Thank you for sharing this video! I love that it was to the point and short!

I cooked it tonight, I think my pan was too hot when I added the butter and garlic/ flour / chicken both it started to burn so I added more. I have a quick question I know that I’m suppose to cook chicken at 165 but do u have any tips to cook more evenly and not burn? How long did u mix ?

Keep on low flame when you put the butter on pan,, after the butter melted then add Minced Garlic and just saute it for approx 30sec,, then add flour,, it took time about 2mins.....

Also try your best to make sure the pieces of chicken are cut to be about the same size, that will help it to cook more evenly
