HOT HONEY GARLIC CHEES BREAD
Ingredients:
• 2 slices of bread
• 4 garlic cloves
• 1 ½ tablespoons butter
• 1 tablespoon fresh coriander, chopped
• ½ teaspoon oil
• A pinch of oregano
• Mozzarella cheese (as much as you like)
• 2 tablespoons honey
• 1 teaspoon chili flakes
• Salt, to taste
Instructions:
▪️In a small pan, combine the honey and chili flakes. Cook on low heat for 1-2 minutes. Set aside.
▪️Peel the garlic cloves and place them in a piece of foil. Drizzle with oil, then wrap and either air fry or stove-fry until the garlic becomes soft.
▪️In a bowl, mash the roasted garlic cloves with butter, coriander, and a pinch of salt. Mix until well combined.
▪️Spread the garlic butter generously on each slice of bread. Top with mozzarella cheese and sprinkle oregano.
▪️Air fry or broil the bread slices until the cheese is melted and golden.
▪️Drizzle the hot honey over the cheesy garlic bread and enjoy while it’s warm!
