My Lord, these look AWESOME!! I know my daughter would sprinkle some mozzarella and parmesan cheeses on top and LOSE HER MIND!!😂 Thanks for sharing, God bless!!🙏🙌💖😋
Dang just the picture and the title made my mouth water. I'm going to have to give this a try. Hopefully my altitude won't dry it out. That struggle is real. Man that 2nd basting got me. Dang. Thanks for sharing. Yeah I'm going to give it a try with my beginner self. Lord.
I'll let you know when I put my toe in smh. I'll dust of my stand mixer. I'm an over mixer so I'll be pausing your video to make sure I don't. Your instructions were so good I was like I can do it.
9/10 The fluffiest bread I’ve made! This is the second recipe of followed from this channel and I love it and succeeded!! Self notes: *Make sure everything is room temp * (I added more flour as my flour is low in protein= wet dough ) * Cooked at 15mins but 13mins would be okay too), middle rack * 25 buns (each weigh 35-36g approx each=Dough total was 924g) *add cheese next time!!! *mum said she wants more sweetness next time :) Made on 17.07.2022
I just tried this recipe and these garlic buns are …. DELICIOUS!! I’ve told the family and friends and gave them the recipe also! Thank you so, so much for u’re recipes! ❤️❤️💯💯😊😊👍🥂
Wow it looks so great! Our family love garlic bread I want to try this soon. I never bake garlic bread at home. But you gave me the courage to make garlic bread Thanks :)
OMGosh these look amazing. My son loves the big garlic/parsley cream cheese filled buns but due to him being lactose intolerant I have to leave a few unfilled. This past Sat he asked me about those buns meaning he wanted me to make more, lol. Because I live with chronic pain in my hand and arm (and elsewhere) I didn't know when I could make them for him again. Thanks to these being made with the mixer not only will I be able to make them tomorrow but I plan to make them for our Thanksgiving Day dinner!! Thank you so much. All the best to you and yours... 🙏
@@SavorEasy Awe, Thanks. He truly enjoys the goodies I make from your recipes. And yes, I most definitely will let it do the kneading, lol. Stay safe. All the best to you and yours... 🙏
Made these for Christmas dinner and this turned out to be the highlight! I made half the amount and the buns were the softest, fluffiest buns we have ever had in our lives.
Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I made this last night and they turned out so tender! Omg! I have just fallen in love with baking! I've been trying to make alot of breads and things from scratch but this is the first time I felt truly happy with what I made! Thank you!
Hi! New subscriber here from Toronto. I have tried your garlic dinner roll recipe. It was fluffy and delicious 😋. My whole family loves it. Thank you for sharing your recipe. I really appreciate it.
Another great recipe, thanks for sharing. I have a question, I notice that you’ve used all purpose flour to make all kinds of breads, so how many percentage of protein is your all purpose flour? I also use AP flour in America and I always ended up adding more flour because the dough was too wet to shape.
Hello Dear I have been watching your videos, they're really educative and interesting to see, Love the way you take it step by step👍👍, but what type of milk do you use?. Thanks for doing this great work 🤗🤗😘😘
Hands down the best dinner rolls recipe. I have made this quite a few times now and it never fails... the softest and the tastiest dinner rolled every time. My family loves it. Please try this out guys
Hi I have made a great deal of your recipes and they have been excellent. Any suggestions as to how long to work/knead the dough if not using a stand mixer? Thank you!
Looks amazing..love y'all recipes for breads and rolls.. I'm amazed that y'all use a mixer.. Definitely would look into buying one. Kneading dough by hands is lot of work...
made these today and was expected to fail (again) but it came out PERFECTLY. since i have tried doing this for so long and just succeeded at it, i’ll give some tips to make your experience better than mine: * if you only have active dry yeast instead of instant yeast, don’t worry! the only difference between them is that active dry is significantly slower at rising than instant (hence the name) * since your probably using active dry yeast, the proofing period is going to be longer than what is said in the video. i started making these at 1pm and ended up finishing at 10 pm (most likely since i left the house for 2 hours but still). * after shaping them as balls and placing them in the baking sheet, let them rest for longer than 30 minutes, (if your house is closer on the cool side), if you need to bake them quicker, put them in the oven at lower than 200°, then the proofing period will be shorter than an hour. * MAKE SURE THE BALLS/ROLLS ARE PUFFED UP/DOUBLED IN SIZE BEFORE TURNING ON THE OVEN OR THEY WILL NOT BE SOFT AND FLUFFY
Dude I didn’t check if I put in active dry yeast or instant, bro you made shit my pant because I have to cook these by a certain time the 1pm to q0pm really scared me though I did have instant
thanks so much for posting comprehensive and easy to follow videos. love ur breads. ☺️ tried this today and it instantly became my family’s favorite. thanks again and to more vids in the future. kudos! 👏🏻
Just made this today. This is by far the best garlic dinner rolls ive made! Super soft and yummy! I put 1 big cube of cheese inside each bread and it was perfect. Bread was all gone in just 5min. Everyone loved it
What would be the difference if you just mix the ingredients without a mixer machine? Just manually would it affect the quality of the dough? I really love your recipes 😊
I made this last night. And it turned out amazing! so soft and fluffy they liked it so much!they'd thought that it was bought in frenchbaker a well known store of bread in SM. I shared it in our neighborhood to taste it and they loved it! I want to sell this soon! Thank you so much for this wonderful recipe..😊
What if u use bread flour instead of all purpose flour. Will the result be the same. Bread flour has higher protein? Does it mean to cut down yeast amount.
Made these for my family! My mom says they remind her of my great grandmothers yeast rolls! Thank you so much! They came out PERFECT! Completely hand kneaded! 🙂
I just made it 100% according to the recipe you gave. This is the first time I make garlic bread and it is very soft &.fluffy😋.. thank you very much for the knowledge and greetings from me. I am from Malaysia😊
Why do you use dry ingredient measuring utensils for liquids? I’ve wrecked 4 separate batches before realizing you use the wrong tool and that’s why my results are different
Thanks!!! Lovely video and yummy Rolls! I would like to ask: Is it possible make a dough and keep it freezer for later? It would be awesome to bake it for party, but there is no way to find enough time right before party. I just think, prepare dough day before and keep half of it in the freezer and half in the refrigerator till next ( party) day. Well.... I am just wandering what result will be.... ha..ha..ha...! Thanks again!
Hi! I just want to share my experience. Yes you can refrigerate the dough but its best to let it stay in there for max. of 24 hours, I have tried this already. You can shape it already and then refrigerate it. Just cover it with plastic wrap so it wont get dry.
I just found that it will smell different when you take it out from fridge, but I still bake them and they still taste the same! Im sharing this cause it might happen to your bread too, but do not worry about the smell!
Let it sit in room temperature for atleast 20-30 minutes before baking it. But open the plastic wrap a little since it will get moist. I just wipe it when it get moist.
Haven't tried freezing dough but I found that you should shape it first to buns, and put it in the freezer after shaping it, when its hard you can place it in your ziplock bag
Can I use a food processor (kneeding dough attachment+container) to mix the flour mixture and make the dough, will it form the same way like it did in your machine?
