@@gozney I haven't seen one RU-vid video from Gozney, in which the Roccbox was used, in a long time. It's really not fair to all Roccbox owners, especially the ones that just purchased the oven.

​@JOEYD2006 Not fair to roccbox users? They just said their recipes can still be replicated across ovens (this is a no brainer). Learn how to use and be accustomed to your Roccbox. There are tons of videos for the Roccbox already by experienced individuals. If you honestly can't replicate a recipe because the video utilized a dome instead of a roccbox, then you're a lost cause. Pitiful actually.

Another option we do in our mobile pizzeria is we make a compound butter with fresh garlic, fresh parsley and grated Parmesan. We bake the knots ahead of time then when we are ready to serve we coat the knots in the softened compound butter and bake for 1 minute in a 600 degree oven. That slightly cooks the garlic and the aroma is amazing. After baking we top with additional Parmesan and serve with house marinara.

"emergency pizza dough" is a better fit. Always gotta have emergency pizza dough in the freezer.

I didn't even see the box on the screen say 750º. She says 900ºF. I did her exact recipe. It MURDERED the knots. NO way to ever cook pastry dough at that temp. 700-750º was fine. I did next two batches and it worked fine then. What she says and what he recipe calls for makes a BIG difference. Nice, bubbly lady but she is scatterbrained. POOR communication....

An oven so hot and hard to use that the pro chef paid to advertise it burned the food trying to make balls of dough and was genuinely too scared to make what they originally wanted. I love Farideh and thats the only reason i finished this ad.
