Garlic Mayo Roll Written Recipe : Ingredients: For Chicken: Chicken Boneless ½ kg Chili Powder 2 tbsp Garlic Powder 1 tbsp Ginger 1 tbsp Lemon Juice 4 tbsp Salt 1 tbsp Charcoal 1 piece Oil ½ Cup For Garlic Mayo: Garlic Chopped 3 tbsp Mayonnaise 1-½ cup Oil 2 tbsp For Paratha:- Flour ½ kg Yogurt ½ cup Salt 1½ tsp Oil for frying METHOD: In a bowl add chicken, garlic and ginger powder, chili powder, lemon, and salt, and mix well. Heat the charcoal on the stone. Place it in chicken and pour 1 tbsp of oil on top. Cover to smoke the chicken for 2 minutes. Remove the charcoal and mix the chicken on high heat for 8 to 10 minutes. Set aside. For Mayo Sauce: Heat oil in a pan. Add garlic and fry for a minute. Remove cool and mix mayonnaise and set aside. For Paratha: Knead the flour yogurt and salt with water. Make 6 Paratha for 2 to 3 minutes on medium heat. Remove and repeat for the remaining dough. Place some chicken on Paratha spoon mayonnaise and roll. Serve hot.

Then place the shredded salad leaves on a platter. Place the chicken on it and serve.
