GARLIC ROASTED BRUSSELS SPROUTS
Ingredients:
1 lb. Brussels sprouts
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp paprika
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt per taste
1 to 2 tbsp olive oil
BAKE 400*F to 25-35 min until golden brown

I'm 39 yrs old and have loved brussel sprouts since I was a little boy. My wife isn't a fan but, they're one of my favorite vegetables. I was perpetually in the kitchen with my mother and we never roasted them but it's basically the only way I prepare them now. I could make a meal from them.

Try it without the paprika, use real garlic towards the end, not powder. This woman cooks like she’s from a 3rd world country.

Awww. You are so sweet. Yes i have heard that before. Lol. And yes this is delicious. Let me confess a little. When i first ate this tiny cabbage. Eww. Hated it. Then didn’t feel like eating anymore that. One day i had to try in a restaurant and lord. I was a fan. I asked the chef and he said they baked it. Yes!!! So i started making this. Hi darling. This is a really good recipe. You sure can try them in air fryer. Great idea. My air fryer is not this big. So i had to use oven. 😀. Oh no. Plz be careful. See it only takes one case. That what happened to us here. So be very careful Follow protocol for sure. I am praying for you and your family and town. U dont need this coming in your town. Love and prayers. Wasupsalaam cobber?, TBH I aren't a huge fan of the good old brussel sprout, but, I really like the idea of baking them and infusing them with garlic and paprika......However, if some magically appeared in front of me from a genie, or from your food teleporter, crikey, I'D give them a go,,,,,for sure;-))

Hi...you are one of my 'go to' channels along with Wil Yeung...tried your chicken breasts, paprika etc...delicious. Got spices sprouts and salmon so doing this later 👍regards from the UK. PS what was the method for salmon fillet. I just put in foil parcel with chilli flakes and lemon but open to ideas 💡

Aww thanks soo much for the love Alex. I am sorry i should have uploaded that salmon recipe by now. What i did was i panfried the fish with olive oil salt and pepper for 7-8 min. 3-4 min each side. Then i took out the fish and same pan added little butter lemon juice and parsley little salt. And turn off heat. And poured the sauce over salmon. Thats it. I hope that helps. A quick way to get outter leaves off is just to shake in a bag. I would add Parm to this

I love Brussel sprouts…but I don’t understand why the dark green parts are being discarded🤷🏾‍♀️that the most nutritional part of this veggie. When I buy cabbage, I go for all the dark greens people pull off and the pick a cabbage or two. Thanks for the video🙌🏽

The dark part can be chewy sometimes. Thats why. But nothing is wasted. Because i make vegetables stocks. So. It works fine. Thanks for the comment. 💕💕

You always want to take off the first few leaves because they are dirty. You don’t lose any nutrients.

I refused to eat Brussel sprouts, I thought it was a disgusting flavor. I just couldn't eat them. Well, now I can eat them and I love them. I have to cut them all up, separate the leaves all the way through, if I don't, I get that yuck flavor. The leaves are great when then get crunchy! The parmesan cheese I added in the last 15 minutes of cook time and mixed it all together then separated them evenly. All of the leaves became crispy goodness! ❤❤ ThankQ so much!
