I caught 5 keeper largies, 2 2lbers 2 2.5s and a 3 all in one cove the Sunday before Memorial Day. Same cloudy conditions. I was paddling on my John boat near the access but I’d love to do some offshore smallie fishing. I met you in Morganton at tackle shop and wish you guys were still down here
