Beautiful smartwatch. I agree. What a pity: I lost many phone calls because, if in vibration mode, it vibrates only one time. Why?

hi, thanks for the review, I watched a few, and atm not really looking into details, but I did learn something new (about charging place/cable, I guess ppl know that stuff, but I'm new to smart watches) Anyway - I'm trying to decide what color to get. while not particularly liking any of them. I'd prefer navy, some not-pastel green, or lighter gray. But I like specs, so it is what it is. so a question Are those sq *2* on 8:18 image? and how your thumbnail image shows it to be blue? :/

In the lineup of watches shown at @8:18 it's the original SQ. And in the thumbnail I didn't see it as blue but the tint there can be from the lighting, you should be able to get a good idea of the slate grey from all the footage in the video. Hope this helps!

@foXnoMad Yes, in a way, lol, just to conclude I can't rely on any online info for this ~problem~ I have. And also - I just remembered I had color scheme on my phone set to "custom" which is warm. 🤦... so, sorry for bothering you (but without this conversation I'd still be getting wrong - even more unreliable impression. Helpful 100%) I wish there was a way to see them in person, but in my country official garmin site doesn't even have sq2 music options, just 3 w/o it. And from their :where to buy: link, it's only two shops with original series only :( I'm relying on "small ads" site, two sellers only just showed up offering sq2s. Oh well... Thank you once again. (+1 subscribed)

What are the notches around the screen for? Do they serve a purpose?

They're just aesthetic and depending on the watch face you configure, can make it a bit easier to glance and see the hour.

@@foXnoMad can you turn them off? (I saw on some screens they are circles, so - either fixed but different for different colors, or "theme" dependant)

They're fixed on to the bezels. And good catch, the green and white versions have a mix of circles and dashes around the bezel, whereas the slate grey has just the lines.

Is there no possibility to track your sleep with the venu SQ (not even on the app or computer)?

You can in the Garmin app. I have the sq1 just sleep with the heart rate monitor on

Thank you for all the info! Very nice video with all the necessary informations. 🫡 I have the original Venu sq...and after seeing your video...I'll stick to it. I have for 4 years now and I still get 3-4 days of battery. I am still happy with it 😀✌️
