Garnier (under the L'Oreal umbrella) are killing it with their SPFs! Having used to buy la roche posay- garnier is only half the price! Not tried the niacinamide or vitamin c versions yet but still love the super uv fluid
They have a serum sunscreen for the body that's 125mL that I found for $25 (+shipping to US), and it works great on the face, no eye sting. I believe it doesn't have niacinamide for those who have sensitivities.
@@MatMat-qi2rd Garnier Ambre Solaire Advanced Sensitive Sun Serum SPF50+ has 4 filters including new age ones that block more UVA so it's already way ahead of US sunscreens in my book. It has 4 filters: Tinosorb S, Uvinul T 150, Avobenzone, & Octisalate, which is good enough for me (for chemical, I look for at least 3). In my personal experience as someone with oily skin in a tropical climate, I'd describe it as a natural finish, wearable without powder and not greasy or dewy. I love the light serum formulation!
It is good that one, and unscented but not matte or light as this one also it has some older filters. This one has a very good protection for uva (although not yet as LRP UVMune 400) and the texture is really outstanding, no other sunscreen from all the L'Oreal brands is as elegant as this one.
I love Garnier ambre solair sunscreens. Oily skin girl dreams, sad thing is can only find it at a good price in the UK😢😢. Getting to the US is expensive
This winter I've really been loving the Bioderma hydrabio perfecteur spf 30 and the Uriage Roseliane spf 30 cream as my 2in1 step to moisturise and protect the skin. Would love for you to try them out. 😊
Oh I didn't know you came to visit London, welcome! Glad you found something cool here. I can't believe it's taken so long to develop a mainstream oil controlling suncream with niacinamide!
Zalando in Sweden has it so if y'all in the EU have Zalando in your country, check them out! I've got 4x bottles of the SKIN1004 Hyalu Cica-Fit Sun Serum to get through, but this new Garnier one sounds like it'll be perfect for the summer!
Glad to see you reviewing spf from the UK, although this product isn’t made for me, I wonder will it sting around the eyes because of the SA? Asking for a friend 😂😂
I can’t speak for this sunscreen, and you have to keep in mind that formulation matters. However I recently got a sunscreen from Vichy that has SA and it hasn’t stung my eyes, nor has it bother my retinazing skin.
Dang it Ramon. Now i need to get it once it starts circulating online lol. Thanks for the reviews as always as I always want a good, non greasy sunscreen with good protection.
Garnier sunscreens are elite! Reasonably priced and nice formulas on the skin. However, I have noticed the price increased int he last year (and smaller packaing!! Some now come in 30ml 😭)
Love your videos full, soo informative! Can you please help me find a sunscreen for dehydrated skin🙏🏼, meaning I can’t use oil free, nor matte, when they are slightly creamy or moisturizing my skin absorbs it soo it seems like I didn’t put anything, I was thinking a serum sunscreen😬…thank you again and keep your videos coming🫶🏻🫶🏻
Hello, love your videos . May i request to make video for dry, senior ,sensitive sunscreen. I know too much to ask but hoping you can do for us who have the same skin . Love from japan .
Are the other SPF products from Garnier natural looking? I'm searching for a face sunscreen that doesn't have a shiny look and that doesn't leave a white cast
As you spoke about properly moisturizing your under-eye area, especially if you are using tretinoin... oh how familiar I am with this situation. Shiny forehead and nose, but under the eyes? Sahara 😅
I have several Garnier Ambre Solaire SPFs, including the big toothpaste size tubes of SERUM. I believe it's for the body but I love it on my face. So reminiscent of my OG Invisible Fluid before they added that YELLOW Diethylamino Hydroxybenzoyl Hexyl Benzoate. But then on Care to Beauty I found the OG, only it's called Derma Pediatrics. It's really the OG Invisible Fluid and now that is back to being my HOLY GRAIL. I could almost give up my UV mirror.
I'm also shocked that I have not seen another You Tuber talking about Garnier or Ultra Sun. Love these SPFs too, and Ultra Sun contains Mexoryl 400 (Diethylamino Hydroxybenzoyl Hexyl Benzoate) BUT it does not make me YELLOW. Why can't La Roche Posay get it together and make their UV MUNE WHITE again. I'm white. I want a WHITE SPF, not an SPF that makes me look like I don't know what my undertone is. It's cool toned. Can't even wear neutrals let alone anything yellow, orange, red or any other WARM color.
I went to your link and bought three bottles of this. I'm in the U.S. but I know how to get Boots to ship it to me. Also, I'm almost 60 with dry skin, but then LRP Invisible Fluid, the OG, that was for oily acne prone skin, yet my skin drank it right up. When I want hydration I use the Garnier Serum since it's very hydrating.
i was wondering if someone could help me. i have oily acne prone skin and im interested in this spf, would i still require to use a niacinimide serum to get its benefits or will the niacinimide in this spf be enough? thank you!
This sunscreen would be enough, I think. If you want to try a separate serum go for it, but niacinamide is in like every skincare product nowadays so I def wouldn’t buy a separate serum lol
