I think it was soft. The main thing i will say is that it is stuck in my hair a year later. I tried bleaching over my tips a couple of times and its still brown. XP i still dont regret it though cuz brown is my natural color anyways so it matches my eyebrows better. Anywayz thanks for watching have a gudd dai :D xP V..
