based on what iva said during impel down, dragon seems to have an enormously powerful will and endless vitality. those fuel haki. if dragon has been trained in haki (which he probably has, seeing as he trained sabo to fight), his haki is gonna be SCARY.

In a one vs one between Akainu and Kuzan, Akainu won in a few days. 10 days if I'm not mistaken while in a one on one between Old Garp and Kuzan, Old Garp will win in a few minutes so yes Old Garp was not joking when he said he can kill Akainu during marineford and Sengoku stopped him not because it will be problematic but because he knows old Garp can actually do it and it will definitely destroy the marines to the core.

Aokiji is still a fair complex character. If you're yapping about powerscaling, something that never had importance in this series, Garp's galaxy impact killed 0 people and BB's crew is the weakest Yonko crew ever aside from Buggy's.

It goes to show that prime garp was on a completely different level, he could definitely beat emperors, considering he was relative to roger, it shows that they were monsters, along with sengoku, and shaking who need prime garp, and sengoku to beat him

This is a good show of no matter the power you get dedication can overcome that, black beard may have his abilities yet over and over he and his crew gets bodied heh wonder if garp could handle the lava guy with his haki as well as he does ice, its a whole different set of things to watch out for
If Aokiji and Akainu's battle lasted for three days, it's clear that Aokiji must have grown stronger since then. Yet, despite that, he still seems insignificant compared to Garp. This shows that if Garp hadn't been stopped at Marineford, Akainu wouldn't have stood a chance against him.
those who think Akainu can defeat Garp the legend they should really think again akainu vs aokiji fight last more than 2 days and aokiji can't even stand against garp for more than 5 minutes and garp is not even at his prime garp san is a beast
