3 things, 1.) They stopped moving because the map you were using didn't have proper or no ai nodes. 2.) They attack destroy able props and func_breakable entities. 3.) Yes, do the maze video. Not sure if that map had ai nodes or not. Try not to confuse nav mesh and ai nodes. AI nodes are made via the process of making the map where as nav mesh is made using nav_edit 1. Thanks for showcasing my addon! Also you need to put them in a AI Noded map for them to walk. If you showcased it in a AI Noded map, they would have been faster, scarier and creepy. I have made their AI same as the game

i'm pretty sure you haven't played cry of fear. also, some of them can break down doors. EDIT: some of the npc's are missing such as carcass an actual stuck slower human flower Dr. Purnell Sick Simon 4 other variations of the faceless ETC.

Use the minigun on the bosses. I know there's a mod that gives you the minigun. Or just find I mod that gives you a one shot kill gun.

so you didnt kill a single boss and you can kill them is just that the bosses have more health i kill one of them with the hl2 shotgun and no the cof shotgun (the cry of fear weapons are weak)

Lad, you're fuckin lucky. There's creepier things, like the Human Flower, which is a hazard that is like Watros, but insta-kills and is unkillable. I'm not counting Book Simon because he's a fucking scary thing. Carcass? Of course, that fucker is creepy but easy if you're in a spot you can't get hit. ... I'm not telling any fucking thing about the hangmen.
