If G-Mod keeps the original stats on the pawns and weapons, then no wonder the marines are struggling against relatively small hordes. Half Life and L4D have completely different stats (the guns in L4D do something like 10x the damage as the ones in Half Life if you just go by raw numbers). The marines are pretty much armed with airsoft guns.
@@tf2gaming380 for some reason when the headcrabs infect the Citizens the other Citizens won’t attack the headcrabs. They all focus on the zombies and they won’t even acknowledge that the headcrabs are there.
It's built into their AI to prioritize higher threat targets instead of lower threat ones. It's the same reason that enemies focus on the player most of the time even while being peppered with rounds from somewhere else. Since GMOD now puts every character of a given faction into one giant squad, they are all communicated to that there's zombies and thus ignore the headcrabs. Same thing will happen if you put Citizens, Combine and Zombies into the mix together. INPC fixes this, as well as making the citizens not fear zombies as much since they usually end up running and hiding from a slow walking headcrab zombie a hundred meters away.
