Could Garth have won on the turn his Food chain was destroyed? In response to nature's claim tap Garth, make a Lotus, Tap bloom tender, floating wubrg, activate food chain exiling Garth. Let the stack resolve, recast Garth with the floating +lotus if needed. Activate Garth (who has haste from mass hysteria) casting Regrowth, recast food chain, Go infinite. Or am I missing something obvious that stops that?

Looking at that Lord Windgrace opening hand: "Well, that is a slow start, poor guy" But Greg and Dante got so greedy XD incredible game.

This was a terrific, fun game to watch. I want to point to this game every time someone talks about how unfun, or fast paced, or uninteractive people who complain about Cedh say it is.

As painful as it was watching Dante and Greg play so greedy that entire game, especially Dante keeping that coinflip of a hand, I about lost myself laughing so hard at the Greg driving 8 hours over a Praetor's Grasp joke, especially at how nonchalant it was narrated. Oh my god, my sides. Consider me subbed.

I can't express how happy I am to see Blasting Station win a game here, as it's one of my favorite wincons in my own Abzan casual deck (ironically, it also has Tymna as a commander, though the other partner is Gilanra for mana).

I would like to know where you guys get all those awesome proxy cards like the lands Zack had or the Original Duals that Dante had

I hate to point this out but Greg didn’t die at the end. If you notice, at 3:10 he accidentally took 2 damage from talisman instead of 1 damage, meaning he would’ve been at 5 life not 4.

This was an absolutely crazy game. Excellent win, awesome decks, and amazing interaction.

I have been so hard on Garth because doing infinite things with him is so convoluted and not likely to get there, but could he just a really solid value commander? Trim the fat, no mass hysteria or food chain lines, and just go for max value? This game certainly has the gears turning, but I know this could also just be a really good showing for the deck.

Is anyone going to point out that Garth doesn't allow you to bypass timing restrictions? Dante was not allowed to Regrowth in response and use the Mental Mistep. I assume Zack was casting silence for something important, so that likely changed the outcome of the game.

Dante creates a regrowth copy and is able to cast it at instant speed even though it’s technically a sorcery?

I absolutely loved the garth deck. I have alot of fun with my own garth deck and its nice to see garth at a cedh table. Although my garth deck runs all the shocks instead of the true duels lol.

Zack's planeswalker proxy of Deathrite Shaman is so great.

Left on longer than 6-7 turns, cEDH decks do crazy and sometimes self destructive things such as die from their own mana crypts, actually deck themselves unintentionally and now even die to deathrite shaman.

Easily one of the best games you guys have posted, loved seeing the Garth deck.

I have a question, around 16:00, we see pyroblast failing to counter counter spell, ostensibly due to Veil of Summer. But how does that happen? Doesn’t Veil only protect against blue and black spells? Pyroblast is red.
