Gary Cole always has a striking presence on screen. I'm just not sure why the Gibbs replacement is about the same age as Gibbs. Just now getting to the Parker episodes.

This is almost a reversal of how Gibbs got Tony to become an NCIS agent; now Parker will become Gibb's replacement. Same concept, a potentially blown cover.

Absolutely love Gary Cole and Katrina Hall on NCIS. Most perfect and welcome fit I hope they stick around for a very long time. Time to get Mark Harmon out of the opening credits get Gary Cole and where he belongs.
