Is this not the absolute greatest stand-out sound & stage design ever!?! Was there in '79... changed my world in everyway... wish he were gay like me... thought he was... Doesn't matter, he's a space invader, as Bowie once said

Good Lord, the Sound of those Mini Moogs and Poly-Moogs is Unearthly! Back when Analog ruled! So wish I could've seen this tour.

I saw this concert 3 times in Sydney, it still is one of the best tours ever! There was born a special bond between Gary and Australia then!

I think it was at former theatre named "The Venue", which was owned by Sir Richard Branson's Virgin Pubs and Clubs. - known during those days. The theatre had an Angus Steakhouse attached to it and a stupid retailer titled "Pik Lik" across the road from it. The Venue was in Victoria at the junction between Buckingham Palace Road and Victoria Street. Also nearby was a boozer titled "the Shakespeare", which is still there.
