A song composed entirely of major chords (I think Numan didn't know there were any others at that stage), which competent songwriters would deride as hopelessly incompetent. Yet he made a really powerful and memorable song out of simple ingredients.

I am 53 and lost a lot of hair I can't be bothered with a wig .Gary is a musician so needs something more durable.He looks cool😊

Sounds like it, but it’s actually brilliantly syncopated, lags slightly behind the beat just like on the single. Great feel, like an orchestra but with it’s own feel entirely. 🌹
