In the first 1:50 of this vid, Vlad is talking about himself, in just a 5min video. So, Vlad talks about himself for almost 30% of the video. This is the reason why people are heading elsewhere. There’s an art to interviewing and allowing the interviewee to tell their stories and you as an interviewer not repeating your story for the 1000% time. This is why I only click when Vlad has guests I really want to hear from, otherwise I wish him luck and keep it pushing, because I can’t keep hearing the same stories for each interview.

I happen to meet vlad at LAX airport (LA) last year, and instead of getting a picture, I simply asked for life advice....kinda shocked when he told me "if you want to be successful, don't let anybody effect your work ethic and how you feel about yourself...when you're building your life, people will try to tear your down because they dont want to see you doing better than them"...this really made me think....vlad is the real DEAL
