I was in this concert! Gary V you are and still is my no #1 favorite artist. Not just because of your excellent singing, dancing, composing, a full package but also because you love the Lord with all of your heart & soul, and you continue to be an inspiring Christian. You're always in my prayers. We need inspiration like you! 💕💕💕

A bit of context for those who may be wondering about the cane used during this medley: A few months before this concert series, Gary suffered a knee injury while playing basketball that required surgery and therefore had to use a cane for some time afterwards. This concert series was almost cancelled because he couldn't dance. He narrated sometime during this show that it was a faith stretching experience for him. However, God healed his knee, allowed him to dance, and made this concert series push through. He gave praise during the Inspirational Medley part of this concert and incorporated the cane in the Dance Medley as a tribute/celebration of the Lord's goodness to him. You may notice that in 8:04-8:05, the Manoeuvres all landed down on both knees but Gary modified his choreography so that he only landed on his left knee.

I remember getting drenched on a stormy night in Philippines 🇵🇭 but I still went to see his concert at araneta and ultra! I save all my allowance, just to see him perform. Just for the ticket ! Even I don't buy anything for snack because I'm broke! I love all his songs and choreography even his movies

i remember I sang Sana Maulit Muli in a contest and won first price. My first recital as well I sang at Glorietta Makati was his song , You Got me Working. It was fun dancing and singing

Iba talaga mga concerts nya nung 90s. I was too young back then pero naaalala ko minsan pinakita concert nya sa tv naiinggit ako so nung nakatapos nako mag aral nakakapanood nako ng concerts nya nung 2000s and 2010s hehe

So this mix and the dance choreo was originally done way back 1992! Damn I saw Gary and Son Gab did this is New Year's eve party in Eastwood!

Suddenly I'm back to my little puny self, and dancing and singing my heart out to the songs I loved so much when I was a kid. This is soooo nostalgic!

This was the concert after Gary had a knee injury. He used a cane to help him walk (I think the use of canes was symbolic of this) The concert was almost cancelled because of this. By God's grace, his knee was healed and the concert pushed through.
