As some that worked at Companies House in a previous life, I can confirm the digitisation of old paper docs was a HUGE task (that was certainly still continuing around a decade ago when I was there. I don't know if it's been completed yet) that was slow and prone to error. You can't just scan everything in, as old docs didn't have consistent format, and in many cases were hand written so had to be scanned, checked and verified by hand. That's notwithstanding old paper docs being lost; damaged in floods; bombed (in the case of those that were created pre-1940s); and all sorts of other fates that befell. Also people make mistakes on documents (harder to catch pre-digital) and also flat don't bother to file sometimes (despite fines). Bear in mind the Registry was created in 1844, so that's quite the backlog!

Now, I actually do think that the current banking and financial system is extremely flawed. Unchecked interests and "financial products" are a major contributer to the high inflation rates when coupled with the governments require to print and spend money to get the economy running again after the pandemic. Essentially, the banks and the finance system has profited from what is essentially debt and created money from almost nothing--the financial economy has actually outgrow the real economy which has had dire consequences for so many people. Surely, we need to build a better financial and economic system where we, collectively, benefit from actual production. However, there is no such "fraud" is being committed. What he is essentially saying companies that make money are tied to financial system and banks and therefore is "criminal." Now, I don't agree with how the taxes are being collected--working class Britons, I heard, have essentially 60% of their gross income being taxed--which can burden the people and can actually keep people from participating in the economy which then result in less tax money being collected overall. And this is not something we can entirely blame on "corporate greed." However, not paying taxes at all is quite stupid because government and public services are essential to, well, the economy because it enables people to produce and thus prosper. These conspiracy theorists just don't like "the government" at any level, mainly because they have this unhinged belief that governments exist to control them. And I suspect it is because of the sentiment that THEY somehow need to be in control. Also, he is not a very good "recent Christian" since Christianity has the concept of tithe and must pay tax to a ruler or government who justly demand it. In fact, this is true for all of the Abrahamic religions. Technically, by evading taxes outright (instead of wanting to reform taxation in which I believe any citizen of any democracy has the right to demand), he is breaking the tenet of his own faith. And, no, "I haven't gotten to that part of the Bible" is not valid defense.

I'm not completely sure i was following his conspiracy there. Even if a company is incorporated by a company that is itself not properly incorporated why would that invalidate the company in general? Also, even if that could happen, what is the fraud? What deception for gain is actually happening?
