I did all that before installing a new fuse. It worked for probably 4 loads and blew again. What else could it be causing the fuse to blow. I replaced thermostat, fuse and the fan. I clean out the lint trap every time I use it so it can’t be that. Could it possibly the heating element causing it to over heat and blow?
Keeps blowing but why is keeping blowing, I have this issue almost every 3 months but cannot find the issue and already replace everything and keep doing it
Very good demonstration on how to properly troubleshoot this potentially dangerous problem. Some people actually tell you to take that fuse out of the system since there are other "protections" in the system. Fuses usually blow for a reason, and this video shows just how to deal with the cause of the problem and not just the symptom. Both thumbs up, thanks for posting this video.
