Your buoyancy is surreal. Some of your videos are mesmerizing. I am training two hours every single day in a 1.5 metres deep pool to be able to get to that level and I still see it so far away... I'll get there! I bought two Rubik's cubes to multi task, control respiration and stay neutral as training:))) Looking forward to your next video, Tomasz!
hi , at 1.55 , i understand that you break the o'ring, but after you have allways the bold snap fixe on the long hose , how do you do that ? regards Michel
He simulates breaking the o-ring. In other words he unclips the boltsnap before the exercise, then during the exercise he makes a strong pulling movement which would break the o-ring if it were still attached.
