This video is a role play based on the video game 'Undertale' by Toby Fox- which is an incredible game that I recommend to everyone.
This video is based off of the obscure character W.D. Gaster. There are a lot of theories as to who Gaster is. But, no matter what theory you believe, Gaster is definitely an interesting guy. The mystery of Gaster is one of my favorite things about Undertale.
This video is created solely for the purposes of entertainment, relaxation and ASMR. This video includes personal attention, slow, soft speaking, soft music, ambient sounds, echos, voice manipulations and more.

Besides being a top notch example of ASMR, the script is such a cool narrative take on the character. The idea that Gaster's consciousness, through some terrible accident involving the core, being scattered but omniscient, omnipresent, and incorporeal adds nuance to the idea of "determination" and the role it plays in the game. Perfectly executed and a rare example of actually building on and contributing to the original content. Considering how little there is take from the official Undertale canon, I honestly hope that the developer finds this and works it into the game.

I knew I wanted to acknowledge him through a video and it was really important to me to do him justice. Especially since so little is known of him. I'm glad to hear I was able to accomplish that. Undertale's not to my taste, but it doesn't have to be to appreciate this upload. I love the semi-stream of consciousness feel to it, along with the atmospheric layered-sounds. Well done!

Ahh the echo effect is so dreamlike, cosmical almost I'd say... I love the mystery envolving this character, he's so enigmatic. I can't help but to keep imagining this on the room where he's seen, in the dark, and all the things he said can't be heard, instead, we can only see him vanish in that second where he says all of this thoughts. Also I looove the fanart. I hope you make more videos with echo! ❤ I might be imagining things but I swear the music reminds me of SH 2.

This is so relaxing but heartbreaking at the same time The idea that Gaster is omnipresent, and therefore quite literally scatterbrained, is such a brilliant concept.

True story: I get a little ASMR whenever I read anything Gaster says. Because I'll get this voice in my head that's like a very slow, deliberate, baritone male voice. So, like, when he takes over Toby's Twitter, or the vessel creator at the very beginning of Deltarune- so, anything that Gaster says, like "VERY, VERY INTERESTING"; or "EXCELLENT. TRULY EXCELLENT." It all gives me ASMR because of the voice I imagine for him. I'm sure the voice I imagine isn't canon, tho. Gaster probably actually sounds more like a glitchy text-to-speech.

Man, this video gives me chills. The voice, the echoing... It's too relaxing, Jesus Christ. 😆 And I feel bad for Gaster because he acknowledges us but doesn't at the same time, he remembers but he forgets, he speaks but he isn't heard, and he's known but he's forgotten. It's one of the advantages but it's also one of the disadvantages of being scattered across multiple timelines and through multiple spaces in these anomalies of our reality. It's his strength, but it's also his weakness. He exists, but he never does exist at all. He's everywhere and nowhere at the same time. And Jesus Christ, I'm rambling again. 💜💜💜

I guess that gaster didn't die from DT because he would still be alive or some sort of visible in a normal playthrough rather than FUN. I think he was engulfed by darkness witch is why you see gaster in a dark room with only a path on him. This caused him to shatter across time and space or aka across alternate universes from undertale to deltarune but mostly to deltarune because darkness was strong there. Or other theory. Sans and Gaster were lab partners and crated a portal to Undertale they popped into existence and was slowly loosing memory of deltarune so they created a proficy named after thier universe. Sans was never really exposed to that so he made a drawing of Kris Susie and asriel, or ralsie, so he won't forget. After Gaster died trying to go back using DT to reset and change the universe as their own, Sans took the machine to fix it but didn't understand Gasters Newfound language. so he is at an end and gave up because there is no way of going back without learning the language noone knows about.

I feel like I'm late but still in time. Everytime I watch this I feel like something is missing. My sleep schedule really goes down huh? Who would have thought that one I would need asmr to fall asleep properly. Guess my past self would be disgusting or disappointed. Or both. She would probably start to cry. Or laugh at me. Or just say that I was pathetic. But hey...I hope my parents aren't wrong. Maybe this is just a phase...just a timeline. Something that will pass by and stay in the past. Only being able to come back in our memory. I like memories. They don't hurt as much the original event. Well most of the time.
